Удобное расположение дома; хорошая, тёплая квартира.

Disadvantages:

Не очень чисто убрано на кухне. Для подключения Wi-Fi пришлось переворачивать роутер, смотреть сеть и пароль. Было бы удобнее, если бы он был написан отдельно.
