Advantages:

Квартира чистая, есть всё необходимое, как для кратковременного так и длительного проживания. Прекрасный вид из окна на лес, птички поют, красота)). Сам ЖК видно что построен недавно, чистая территория, большая парковка, прогулочная зона и детская площадка.

Disadvantages:

Некоторые вещи уже можно и обновить, уж сильно изношены. Дом находится на расстоянии, в уединении, - это как минус, так и плюс.
