Advantages:

Заселились без проблем, большой компанией (4 взр. 3 ребенка)-место хватило всем. Фото квартиры реальные. Дом новый, рядом с домом все что необходимо (аптеки, магазины, кафе). Были предоставлены всем комплекты пост. Белья и полотенце. При заселении предъявляли паспорта, вносили депозит. При выезде из квартиры депозит был возвращён. Хозяин отзывчивый, вежливый, всегда был на связи. Рекомендую.
