Advantages:

В целом все нормально, кроме проблем с чистотой.

Disadvantages:

В ванной очень грязный пол. Плитка вся в пятнах. Из-за этого некомфортно находиться в ванной. Также туалет и ванную не помыли, были грязные. Это всё впечатление испортило, ещё на один день решили переехать в другую квартиру и не пожалели. В след. раз сюда не приедем

Advantages:

Квартира вполне хорошая. Арендодатель всегда на связи. Удобное бесконтактное заселение. Чисто, спокойно, жк спокойный. Мне понравилось. Рекомендую.
